The Prime battery has a converter that enables it to operate with high-voltage battery inverters, for example with devices from major manufacturers such as SolarEdge. The entire electronics are built into the main unit so that they can be easily replaced in the event of a fault.
The modular design in the prime battery allows for easy handling and installation. Typically, high-power batteries are large and heavy due to the amount of cells required to increase capacity. LG has taken the lead on this and created a high-capacity system that can be carried and installed easily by two people.
