The world health community continues to closely monitor the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the disease it causes, named “coronavirus disease 2019” (COVID-19). At this time, no one knows how severe this outbreak will be. Given this uncertainty and the fact that seasonal influenza (flu) virus is also widespread, we are taking proactive steps to address concerns. 

First, we have set up specific guidelines and expectations for all employees, including protocols for any employee feeling symptoms of sickness. Additionally, we’re taking the following precautions as they relate to our in-home consultations & on-site installations:

⚡ We are disinfecting our facilities and equipment as appropriate

⚡ We’ve requested that our employees do not shake hands or engage in bodily contact 

⚡ Respirators or face masks may be worn at the request of customers 

⚡ We strongly encourage our customers to access their accounts online through the Wells Solar mobile app to check project statuses and installation timelines

⚡ We’re offering virtual solar consultations (video chat) at the request of new customers
